You know, it just hit me that I forgot to LET THE ENTIRE WORLD BE UPDATED on the status of that little siatuation from the other week.

Anyway, sometime around the middle of the week before this one, I finally got the damn period. It ran its usual course too, as if nothing odd had ever happened.

I don't think I've ever been so happy to see my period in my life, and I don't think I'll ever be happier than this time unless I were to have an unwanted pregnancy scare or something in the future.

So, while you guys can be disappointed that humanity's purported Savior ain't back/relieved that the world ain't ending yet, I think this merits a new letter:


Dear Me,

You know, there's a time and place for things like this, and it's called menopause. Seeing as we are twenty-three motherfucking years old, I'd say it's A LITTLE TOO GODDAMN EARLY to be pulling shit like that.

Don't ever scare me like that again, you bitch.

Oh, and we're still going to the gynecologist to ask him a few questions about this. Don't think you're getting off that easy.

Other than that, not much has been going on. I think I'll be writing up some new rants and musings on some stuff I've been watching/reading/playing/listening sometime soon, though, and I also have the urge to jot down a few more random notes about that Gaav x Val story idea over at the ficblog. I also really need to update maryuuougaav's journal again, though the inspiration hasn't quite hit me yet.

Nah, no mad rage from me - thankfully, my periods are pretty much (near-)painless, so there's no reason for me to gripe. ^_^;;
