Suikoden V tidbits.

I didn't get to do much today, just explored Sol-Falena a little bit. Anyway:

-You know, the opening theme to the game is pretty bland. The music IN the game thus far, however, isn't half bad at all (In other words, opposite to Suiko IV, which had a nice OP, but boring in-game music.).
-I'm going to become intimately familiar with the "Now Loading" screen, aren't I?
-Euram Barows is a total fop, heh. Threaten him some more, Miakis, threaten him! XD
-Dude, ruaki, you sure weren't kidding when you said that the town was filled with people who are either horny or Real People Fanficcers! Porn really DOES keep the populace peaceful!
-I can't be the only one who laughed at the little boy NPC who said he wanted to be Queen, huh?

Yeah... did you download the arranged songs I have up at my journal? The ingame music isn't that half bad. It's definitely much more interesting than Gensui3 and Gensui4, which were overally pretty lackluster or uninspired.

And yes. While Gensui always had a lot of loading times, Gensui5 is REALLY bad. ... but at least it's not Magna Carta? =D

I swear, horny people are all OVER this game. The disturbing ones aren't so much the loli lovers, but the ones that want the Prince to be with his sister. WHUT? I really wish you could control a response to that. >D

Of course you weren't. >D Ah, Gensui. Delivering the gay since before Squeenix realized how trendy it was to put them in video games.

I did download the arranged songs from ya, but before I got to listen to them in the computer, I wound up getting the CD (And the artbook. Thanks, Babbage's employee whose name I don't know!), so I listened to that instead. I haven't gotten attached to any of the tunes yet (like I did with Suiko1 and 2), as I've only listened to it once, but it wasn't bad at all. :D

Oh, that's good. >D Yay for nice employees.

It took one or two listens, but I got attached to one or two songs on there--but I liked them ingame too, and the arranges are nice as well. (Stormfist and the Inevitable ones). But yah, I don't feel the need to run out and get the Gensui5 soundtrack, but at least it's so much better than 3 and 4's.

Gensui1 still has the best soundtrack to me though. ♥

Oh, WORD. I love my copy of the Suiko1 soundtrack to itty bitty pieces. Haven't listened to it in a while, though - I should dig it up and do so. :D
