1. When Did You Get Into Yaoi: Well, this isn't when I was "into" yaoi per se (since I didn't know there was such a thing as yaoi then), but I vaguely recall that while playing Earthbound, my reaction to Tony's admiration/friendship towards Jeff (particularly in the letter at the end of the game) made me wonder if he had a crush on Jeff or something.
...stop laughing. I'm serious. ^^;;;
Anyway, Earthbound came out in the US around 1995 if memory serves right, so I was 15 at the time. I think I might've asked myself "what if?" with other characters a few other times before that, though.
So I guess I had a predisposition for the stuff. ^^;;
As for when I "officially" got into yaoi (as in, when I actually found out about its existence, liked the idea, became a fan ever since), it was sometime during '98, so I was 18 then (and somewhere between my first and second year of college).

How Did You Get Into Yaoi: Well, I first got online access at about the same time (or a little before) I was on a serious FF7 kick (the game still being pretty new and all everyone talked about), which was when I first discovered the existence of online fandoms. First I got into fanart, then fanfiction (mostly general fanfic, though I discovered what hentai was soon after ;P), and it was on one of those many searches for fanfic (by then I had added FF6 and Chrono Trigger fanfic to the list, I think) that I stumbled onto![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
jurhael-sempai's site (I think I had read her Aeris fanpoem elsewhere and decided to check out her site to see what else she had, if I recall correctly.), and saw her Zack x Cloud and Sephiroth x Cloud fanpoems. I liked them, and was decidedly amused by the idea of guy x guy pairings in the game, so I checked her links (which were very few back then, as the idea of videogame yaoi was apparently pretty new) to see what else yaoi had to offer, and it kinda snowballed from there.
(Side note: The third yaoi pairing I was exposed to after that was Cid x Vincent, if I remember right, and for some reason this became the one I enjoyed seeing the most [probably because they were my two favorites]. I guess I had a predisposition fordirty old men the "older tough guy" types even then. ^^;)
3. For How Long Have You Been Into Yaoi: Officially? (As in, knowing what it was and giving it more than a passing glance.) Well, I was 18 at that time, and I turned 23 back in January, so I guess it's been almost 5 years. (BTW, sempai, I think your estimate should probably be closer to 5-6 years?)
4. Truthfully, How Obsessed Do You Think You Are: I would say I'm somewhere in the middle of the road, as I like canon/non-canon het and yuri just as much (even though I don't discuss/look for it quite as avidly, but that's because I don't have as many favorite couples in those yet).
So as Alruhi put it - not as much as some, more than others.
5. All Time Favorite Couple: If I have to pick just one... Gaav x Valgaav from the Slayers series. ^_^ (And none of you look surprised at this, I'm sure. :P)
6. Five Top Favorite Couples After Your All Time Favorite:
Wow... tough question. There's more than what I can list, and it gets hard to choose the further down I go, but...
a. Tosh x Shu (Arc the Lad series)
b. Viktor x Flik (Suikoden 1 & 2)
c. Xelloss x Zelgadis (Slayers series)
d. Lei Magnus/Shabranigdo x Gaav (Slayers), though that's more of a pairing than a coupling, and it's really moreazusa's interpretation of Lei than anything "official" about the guy... ^^;;
e. Either Jack x Rudy or Rudy x Zed (Wild Arms), though I might just be saying that now 'cause I'm in a WA mood and it'll change on a whim, eheh... ^_^;;
7. What Yaoi Couple Do You Hate Above All: Hate is too strong a word, I think. I dislike a fair number of couples, but not with quite that much passion - you can't get me to read them, but I'm not going to hold it against you if you like it (unlike some kinds of "shippers").
Anyway, that said, I think the couple I least like would be... probably Gaav x Phibrizo (again, from Slayers).
8. Five Top Most Hated Couples After Your All Time Most Hated:
Like I said, hate is too strong a word, and there's not many I can think of offhand, but...
a. Xelloss x Valgaav (Slayers) - their dislike for each other always struck me as just that, and the fics never managed to sway me (probably because most were god-awful, but even the few good ones still didn't truly convince me). The fact that I'm RABIDLY pro-Gaav x Val doesn't help, either... ^_-
b. Sigurd x Bart (Xenogears) - I'm not big on incest for the most part (some of the Utena pairings and Folken x Van from Escaflowne being an exception x.x), there was so much of it in the fandom that it was annoying, and because I really love Billy x Bart (and Sigurd x Ramsus) instead.
c. Gourry x Zelgadis (Slayers) - Gourry just strikes me as way too straight (to the point of maybe borderlining on phobia), and the fics did little to persuade me.
d. Tosh x Arc (Arc the Lad) - I have at least two doujinshi depicting this (one humor and one drama), and while I'll probably keep them because of rarity and because the art is alright, I can't say I really agree with it (though the humor one did amuse me ^.^;;), not to mention Arc x Kukuru is rather sweet. (Ok, ok, AND because of the fact that I'm a rabid Tosh x Shu fan. There. ;P)
e. Any other pairings with Phibrizo (Slayers) - Because he just strikes me as too creepy for anybody to handle, to be honest. (Not to mention his physical form of choice is that of a child.)

Heh... again I have more than I'm allowed to list, but...

10. What Five Yaoi Couples Do You Wish There Was Less Fanfiction/Art About:
a. Xelloss x Zelgadis (Slayers) - I know, I know, you guys are going "WHAT? But you just said it was one of your favorites!" at that, but lemme explain: I wouldn't be saying this if it weren't for the fact that, to be totally honest, the greater majority of the fanfic for this pairing just plain SUCKS. And a lot of them in an eye-sporkingly bad way, to boot. *sigh* You'd think that with a central fic archive containing 100+ stories I wouldn't still be counting the number of good (or at least decent) stories in one hand...
b. Sigurd x Bart (Xenogears) - See above bit in #8.
c. Jowy x the Hero (Suikoden 2) - Actually, I like the coupling, but it seems like ALMOST EVERYTHING for Suiko slash out there (in English, I mean) is this pair.
d. ANYTHING with Sephiroth in it (FF7) - Overdone overdone OVERDONE. (Also: Writer of Kuja x Sephiroth crossover who hadn't even played FF9, I'm looking in your particular direction.)
e. ANYTHING related to Gundam Wing - Like the previous, it's OVERDONE. The well is dry, give it a rest already. (BTW, note to webmasters: It is extremely annoying when you advertise yourself as having a "variety" of fanfic in your page and all you have is like twenty GW fics and only one small drabble of something else.* Especially if that drabble is a crossover with GW. Don't do that, ok?)
11. What Five Yaoi Couples Have You Written About:
Umm... do RPs, drabbles, fictional journals, and summaries for story ideas that've never been posted to the public count? ^^;; If they do, then I've done (in no particular order):
a. Viktor x Flik (Suikoden 1 & 2) - small drabble as a writing excersise
b. Gaav x Valgaav (Slayers) - summary of a story idea and themaryuuougaav LJ, plus some old RPs with Red
c. Xelloss x Zelgadis (Slayers) - some old RPs with Red as well
d. Camus x Miklotov (Suikoden 1 & 2) - old RPs withjurhael-sempai, they're posted at her site (only thing aside from the Gaav LJ I've done that's posted anywhere)
e. Lei Magnus/Shabranigdo x Gaav - unfinished RP withazusa we did just for fun
