Wow, I haven't posted in more than a week. I've really neglected this thing. ^^;;;
Anyway, there's not that much to tell. Yesterday, mom and I bought the tickets to that conference Elvira invited us to, which is next Sunday. I still don't know how I feel about that. However, to those who answered already, thanks for the advice.
I was, however, honest with her when she invited me to this devotional thing (which is going to be held in the university grounds, if I remember right). Gads, I wish my explanation hadn't come out so lamely - not only did I have a severe moment of shyness right then, but I'm such a wimp when it comes to saying "no" to people at times. Hope she wasn't offended. --;;
Aside from that, not that much to tell. Got two Hellsing doujinshi in the mail during the week - one hentai which I intend to sell when possible (Mainly humorous in nature, but it wasn't to my liking - too much flying liquid in the drawings. I wish some doujin-ka realized there IS such a thing as too much of that: I mean, it's not supposed to be a bukkakke-theme book, geez.), and one normal one that was a combination of gag and serious, the gags picked on everyone (LOVE the bit about Anderson using his swords to cement a brick wall. *LOL* XD) and serious stuff centering around Walter (both old and when he was young - he seems to have been a real cutie in his youth :D) and Alucard (somewhat), with apparently a teensy bit of shounen-ai thrown in. O_O It's quite nice, so I'll keep it. ^_^
What else? Oh yeah, belated Kingdom Hearts babble! :D
-The Tarzan scenario was indeed quite cute. I really like the dynamic between the Sora, Donald, and Goofy trio. And the Red Trinity's so funny! XD
-Man, with the events at Traverse Town, Monstro the whale, Neverland, and others, the Riku & Sora dynamic gets interesting. Definite opening for shounen-ai in them, too. ^^
-Speaking of the Monstro stage, Pinocchio was so cute in it. ^^
-They did indeed get the guy that voiced Genie in the cartoon series. Which is great, because he always did do a pretty bang-up job of sounding like how Robin Williams portrayed him. :D
-Grr, I still wish the game gave me a freakin' chance to get attached to Kairi. Thus far she's still just... there. Sigh.
-The controls in the Atlantica level are a bit weird (which is odd, because you use the same controls for flying in Neverland and it feels pretty natural there - must be the fact that you're supposedly maneuvering in water in Atlantica), but thankfully the Lock On feature can help remedy that. Also, Ariel's a surprisingly good -and balanced- fighter (she leans a little towards the magic side, but she can also smack the enemies with her fin or torpedo right into them! XD). O_O Yay! <3
-The Halloween Town level had some pretty original boss fights. And Jack seems so cute, now I wish I'd seen The Nightmare Before Christmas (yeah, I never have - I'm such a philistine). ^^
-Dammit, I wish you had gotten more use out of flying in Neverland! It's such a short, simple stage, you barely get to do much in it! At least you get the Glide ability for worlds outside there, but still.... ;_;
-I also have a newfound respect for Maleficient as a villain (Must kick her ass to the next century....).
I'd say more, but I haven't gone to Hollow Bastion yet. And I wound up starting a new game, because I want to get everything required to unlock the short extra movie (scroll to the bottom), which I already spoiled myself on by downloading, but damn, that just makes me want to see it on my TV screen all the more. *_*
Anyway, off I go.
