I hope everyone's had a happy New Year thus far! As for Christmas and Three Kings day, it went over alright, if a little quiet for me.

My presents for Christmas this year were:

- From my parents, $100, which I used to purchase Phoenix Wright and Final Fantasy IV Advance.
- From shinkuu, The Complete Calvin & Hobbes collection, and Feel the Magic, Mario Kart DS, and Mario & Luigi: Partners in Time for my Nintendo DS. (It's like he singlehandedly made Christmas for me. Thanks again! *HUG*)
- From one of my sisters to both my parents and I, a tin filled with polvorones (a kind of cookie) and walnut brownies. The cookies were ok, but the brownies were DIVINE and I ate most of them on my own, hee.

And for Three Kings day, I got another $100 from my parents.

All in all, a good haul! :D Now, all that's left is my birthday, which is coming up. It's like it's still a holiday here, whee! XD

Yay, I'm glad you liked your presents!

I got Phoenix Wright too, and I'm dying to try it out... The person who got it for me has played it more than I have! It looks like an awesome game!

Have you tried out Mario & Luigi: Partners in Time yet? The SO got it for me, and--while I've mostly been compulsively addicted to Animal Crossing--I tried it out recently.

I don't know if I'm just out of practice with Mario titles, but man! The controls seem tricky... I guess I need to keep working on it!
