Yanno, I was listening to the Suikoden V limited edition soundtrack again just now and... is it just me, or does the track "The Queen's Knights" (track #3 on the CD) sound like something you'd expect out of a Wild Arms game?

Not that I'm complaining - actually, quite the opposite, as I like that track. :D

Actually, one of the songs from the Suikoden IV soundtrack sounded like it was taken from Wild Arms. So I did some searching, and I found that parts of the song were almost identical to those used in Adlehyde.

So, it wouldn't surprise me in the least that a song in Suikoden V would take cues from Wild Arms.

And it really bugs me that the songs sound so much like certain ones in Wild Arms, because I don't want to hate Suikoden. I feel torn. The Suiko 2 fanboy versus the Wild Arms fanboy. Gah ;_;

Out of curiosity, which song was that? I don't recall any song in Suiko4 sounding anything like Wild Arms music... (Which kinda goes to show how bland the music in Suiko4 was - other than the opening theme, I can't recall any of it. ^^;;)

The song is called Departure. I listened to the two songs together, and I guess they aren't as similar as I thought. But I still think that parts of Departure came from Wild Arms. Somewhere...
