o/~ Feliz cumpleaños aaaaaaa miiiiiiiiiiii.... o/~

So, another year of my life has gone by today, and I'm now 23. I don't feel any older - I never do, probably because I usually feel younger and probably less experienced/wise than what I "should" be by now. I'm never quite sure if that's a good thing (because it could be seen as just being "young in spirit") or not (because it could be a sign of lack of maturity).

I do think some things might be slightly changing, though. I feel somewhat perkier as of late, and a teeny bit less afraid to confide what's in my heart. As you can tell from this LJ, I tend to just prefer talking about my opinions and thoughts on random superfluous crap rather than confide what might be concerning me about my life. I'm rather shy in that aspect.

Hopefully I can remain somewhat consistent in this - I'd really like more self-confidence and not be afraid to take a few more chances. Not that it's bad to be careful, but it's possible to be far too cautious - you can miss out on so much if you keep second-guessing yourself.


(Yes, that last part was intentionally vague for most of you. SUFFER TRYING TO FIGURE IT OUT, MWAHAHAHAH.)

Don't worry. As mentioned, I never expect friends to remember. Especially since I always forget the exact dates of their birthdays, too. ^^;
