Soundtrack get!

Yay, my Persona 3 soundtracks from CDJapan came in today! I'll be listening to them in a little while (got some errands to do first), and hopefully I'll be sharing my thoughts on them later! :D

Oh, and I haven't forgotten about making you copies of them, shinkuu. I'll be sure to make that my priority (after giving them a listen, that is ^^). Oh, and redconverse, lemme know if you want copies too! :D

Dude, the Army? That was an unexpected move - I'm genuinely surprised you'd go for that. It always sounded to me like a rough job, too - though surely not without its rewards. I hope you are enjoying it?

Oh, so you're one of the peeps meeting up in Vegas! Lucky you! Vegas sounds pretty awesome. :D

And I'm on dialup just 'cause my comp's pretty old, and I don't know how well it'd handle a hi-speed connection. I should be replacing it sometime soon (hopefully by the end of the year), though, and when I do, I'll be getting some kind of hi-speed service (we haven't seriously looked into it yet, but we've seen a few offers going 'round that seem nice). So here's hoping! :O

yes it surprised everyone including myself, but i'm very glad to have made that decision and it absolutely can be rough but it's worth it. you do many things you didn't ever think you could do and meet some darn fine people. the benefits are incredible too - the military really takes care of you as long as you pull your load and stay in shape.

yes i will be able to see my family for the first time since april, we are all convening in Vegas where my sister lives. our friend Jade will be visiting from Phoenix and George will visit her and drive over with her. it will be hella tight!

are you still in PR? what are you doing nowadays?

Yeah, I still live in PR with my parents - my dad's health is kind of wavering (sometimes he feels fine, sometimes not so good... he doesn't really go out anymore for anything, either :\), so I help out around the place by doing little things like driving mom around (Mom doesn't drive due to a traumatic incident when she was learning to, and dad's eyesight is so poor now that he can't drive anymore.) to do the grocery shopping and picking up their meds, stuff like that. As for what I'm doing, I'm currently unemployed, but I'm working on getting myself a new job through Vocational Rehabilitation - right now I'm still in the beginning orientation phase, but soon I'll be getting interviewed so they can assess my talents and tell me what sorts of things I'm best suited for. Hopefully I'll get word from them soon on that! *crosses fingers*
